3/Thirds ist eine große Marketing Firma mit Sitz in Portland, Oregon. Sie kam zu WDP und brauchte Hilfe mit ihrem neuen Büro in einem Neubau. Mit einem Grundriss, der nur die Außenwände, dem Aufzugkern und die Toiletten beinhaltete, entwickelte Lorelei das Layout des Büros und den Stil. Der endgültige Grundriss beinhaltete Besprechungsräume, eine Küche, eine Schallschutzkabine, Telefonzellen und eine spezielle Vinyllounge zum Entspannen am Feierabend. Lorelei legte auch alle Möbel, Lichtdesign, Textilien und andere Einrichtungsgegenstände des Projekts fest. Sie arbeitete sehr eng mit der Handelsvertretern zusammen, um das Benchingsystem zu entwickeln. Lorelei leitete ihr Design Team durch die Entwurfs- und Bauphasen und arbeitete eng mit den Chefs der Marketingfirma, dem Bauträger und dem Bauunternehmer des Projekts zusammen.
3/Thirds is a large marketing firm based in Portland, OR. They came to WDP for help renovating their new office in a newly constructed building in the up and coming inner East Side of the city. With a blank slate floor plan that included only the elevator core and bathrooms, Laurel developed the office layout and design which included conference rooms, a kitchen, a sound-proof video editing room, phone booths, and a special vinyl lounge for relaxing at the end of the work day. Laurel specified all the fixtures, furniture, and equipment, hand-selecting lighting and fabrics for the project and working closely with the office furniture reps to develop the office benching system to the space. She led her design team throughout the design and construction process, working closely with the principals of the marketing firm, the building developer, and the contractor.
